Each of the company's plans are different so please call William to find out more about your particular insurance plan.  Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna and Aetna have plans that cover acupuncture so depending on your plan you might have a co-pay.
 
 
 
Missed Appointment Fee:
Kindly give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.  If you do not give the notice you will be charged the Missed Appointment fee.  Also, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your treatment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the Missed Appointment Fee. 
 
Note:  Insurance companies do not cover the missed appointment fee and you will be liable for the full amount of the fee.
